Most caring groomer
Star Struck treats my little Savanna like a Princess that she deserves. Savanna has a terminal liver disease and should not be stressed so we watch over her very closely. The staff at SS takes such great care of her that she is never stressed when we leave her there, which would be near impossible for us to do anywhere else. We know she is in great care there and have full trust in them to treat her as needed.

Inconsistent Work
I have had great, ok, and a horrible jobs done here. The last time I went I was literally in tears over the pain. I have gotten my nails done for YEARS and I know there can be some discomfort but this was ridiculous- even worse when I told they guy I needed some of the alcohol to stop the burning he didn't listen and finally another worker brought me the liquid. I won't be going back b/c my $50 can be spent where they listen and do a consistent job!

Jessica is the best
I have been going to Jessica for the last couple of years when before I was getting my hair done in Huntington Beach for 3x's the cost and the work done wasn't 3x's better! Jessica always does a great job and her prices can't be beat. Even though she is usually booked I some how get lucky enough to get in under a cancellation or in a few weeks. She is talented and a sweetheart, I highly recommend her for cuts, full color, and highlights!

My favorite sandwiches!
I have to admit I am a sandwich snob and I haven't found any place that even compares to Simple Simons. I was so sad that they had a fire and hope they are reopened when I get back to CA. Their homemade bread and treats are to die for! I also love their potato salad!

Worth the Wait
Derek was booked up and then had to reschedule for a later appointment in the same day- but he was worth the wait. He has helped us many times in the same day since. He understands that our business has been down with the economy and has helped us decide what needs to be done now and what can wait. He understands our budget and keeps our computers and server running, which keeps us making money!

great for the family
We stayed at the Oasis Resorts in Palm Springs, California, this past Christmas Holiday. The rental was for 7 days. We arrived late at night, and there was a very pleasant desk clerk who checked us in. He was very helpful and informative, describing the resort and its amenities, as well as giving a quick overview of the Palm Springs area.
The condo itself was neither cramped nor overly spacious, comfortable enough for the four of us - my wife and I , our teenage daughter and teenage son - and their electronics! There was the master bedroom with a king-size bed and private bath, a second bedroom, a second bathroom and a pull-down bed in the living room. The kitchen was well-equipped for a family to cook their meals (read: save some money!), and there was a cozy, bright breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen. The dining area was roomy and adequate - a basic glass table and four chairs. We had a private one-car garage, and each unit included 2 cruiser bikes, which our kids rode to patrol the premises.
The resort itself had 8 pools and jacuzzi areas We were closest to the front office and, as it turned out, had access to the largest pool in the resort. The pool was basically outside our back porch, and we went everyday for a refreshing dip followed by a relaxing sit in the hot tub. After playing 18 holes, it was just what the doctor ordered!
Although there was no room service at all - we had to do our own laundry, make our own beds and take out the trash - we didn't mind. It actually added to the privacy, and I would say that was a worthwhile sacrifice.
